Roles and Responsibilities:
1 . Carries out development of measures for production and rendering services which find the
greatest demand and a sales market.
2 . Participates in development of marketing policy, determination of the prices, creates
conditions for systematic sale of goods and expansion of rendered services, satisfactions of
demand of buyers (clients) on goods and services.
3 . Studying of the market of similar goods and services (analysis of demand and consumption,
their motivations and fluctuations, activity of competitors) and tendencies of its development.
4 . To predict the volume of sale and forms a consumer demand for goods and services, reveals
the most effective sales markets, and also requirements to qualitative characteristics of goods
(a way of its production, service life, instructions for use, packing) or rendered service.
5 . To investigate the factors influencing sale of goods and important for successful realization of
rendered services, demand types (steady, agiotage, short-term, etc.), the reasons of its
increase and decrease, differentiation of purchasing power of the population.
6 . To improve information support of conducted researches of the market.
7 . To develop programs for formation of demand and sales promotion, the recommendation
about a market choice according to available resources.
8 . To define measures, to prepare offers and to develop recommendations about improvement of
quality and improvement of consumer properties of goods and services, prospects of
development of new production and sales markets, taking into account social and
demographic features of various groups of the population, a state and dynamics of their
income, traditions and tastes, and also expenses of all types of resources necessary for this
purpose, including raw materials, materials, energy, shots.
9 . To analyze the competitive environment taking into account changes in tax, price and
customs policy of the state, the turn volume, profit on sale, competitiveness, realization speed,
the factors influencing sale.
10 . To take part in preparation, retraining and professional development of administrative shots
taking into account requirements of market economy.
